Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
We will happily refund providing the following conditions have been met:
- The item with the original receipt is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached. If your purchase includes garments, they must not have been washed or worn.
- The item must not have been personalised.
How To Return An Item
Returns & refunds will be accepted provided the conditions in the Refund & Exchange Policy have been met. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us. Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price using the original form of payment. You will get refunds in 7 days after we received the return items. Delivery charges will not be refunded , unless goods are returned in accordance with your consumer law rights.
